About Fesera Rounds

Fesera Rounds is a free daily clinical reasoning game for physiotherapy and medical students and clinicians, made by Fesera.

Last updated 7 November 2026

Who it is for

Students and clinicians in physiotherapy and medicine. It is built in and for Nigeria and West Africa first, with players in the UK, across Africa and in English-speaking countries everywhere. We aim for at least 40% of patients to be African or of African descent.

How a round works

Each day there is one patient. You choose six clues, one from each of six turns of three options. You name the diagnosis with three lives, choose a management plan, answer two knowledge questions and read a teaching card with linked guidelines. Your score is out of 1000: Reasoning 300, Diagnosis 250, Plan 200, Safety 150 and Knowledge 100. Time is not scored. See how it works.

How it differs from flashcards and question banks

Flashcards test recall and question banks test recognition of a finished vignette. In Rounds you build the case yourself: you choose which clues to collect, you are scored on the quality of those choices and on red-flag screening, and every management option shows its evidence verdict. It takes about five minutes and is the same case for everyone, so you can compare reasoning, not only answers.

How cases are made

Cases are drafted to a strict format and reviewed by practising clinicians before release, with linked sources. Sources are linked on every teaching card. Sponsors never write, review or influence cases or answers. Sponsored content is always labelled.

Price and platforms

The daily round is free. Optional extras may come later and never affect the daily score. Status in November 2026: early access. The web app is playable now at app.feseraround.com. iPhone (TestFlight) and Android (Google Play testing) betas are rolling out, and the store listings are not live yet. Physiotherapy cases are live; medicine cases are being added.

Not medical advice

Rounds is for education. Cases are simplified and fictional and are not a substitute for clinical training, supervision, local guidelines or professional judgement.
