These terms apply when you use Fesera Rounds (“Rounds”): the apps, the web app and this website. By using Rounds, you agree to them.
Education, not medical advice
Rounds is an educational game. Cases are simplified and fictional. They are not a substitute for clinical training, supervision, local guidelines or professional judgement. Don’t use Rounds to diagnose or treat anyone, including yourself. If you have a health concern, see a qualified professional.
Your account
- You must be 16 or over.
- Give accurate profile details, especially your profession, since it decides your rounds and leaderboards.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames must not be offensive or misleading, or impersonate anyone.
Fair play
Leaderboards only mean something if everyone plays fairly. You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, modified apps or any automated way of playing;
- tamper with the app, its traffic or our servers, or try to get answers before you play;
- post answers to the current daily round publicly before the day ends;
- use more than one account to gain an advantage.
We may remove scores, reset progress or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our content
Cases, art, sounds and software belong to Fesera or its licensors. You’re welcome to share your results and links to rounds. You may not copy, republish or resell the cases. Sponsored challenges are always labelled, and sponsors have no say over case content or answers.
Credits and purchases
Rounds may offer in-app credits, items or an ad-free option. These have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds follow the store’s policy and the law. Purchases never affect your daily round score.
Feedback
If you send ideas or report a problem with a case, we may use that feedback to improve Rounds without owing you anything for it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Rounds running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We may change features, pause the service or retire content. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on case content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using Rounds and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting consumer protections that apply where you live.
