Fesera Rounds for universities and educators
Last updated 7 November 2026
A daily habit, not another assignment
Rounds is one patient a day, about five minutes. Students practise the habits that matter on placement: asking the question that changes the diagnosis, screening for red flags, and choosing care the evidence supports.
What we are building for educators
- Class leaderboards for your cohort
- Assigned archive cases
- Progress by clinical area, with no extra marking
- A weekly University Cup between schools
These are in development. If you would like to shape them, get in touch through the school form.
How cases are made
Cases are drafted to a strict format and reviewed by practising clinicians before release, with linked sources.
Sponsorship and independence
Sponsors never write, review or influence cases or answers. Sponsored content is always labelled.
